WEEKLY EVENTS:
- Men's Bible Studies and Women's Bible Studies (click for details)
- Youth: 7th-12th grade Wednesdays 5:30pm-8:00pm in Portables 3 and 4, behind the Worship Center (dinner provided). Youth meet for House Church on Sundays after service until 2:30pm in Portable 3 (lunch provided). We have found House Church to serve beautifully as a transition for our 6th graders, so they are welcome to join as well. Please see calendar below for dates we may not be meeting.

Youth Outreach with The Gathering at Adell
September 20th @ 6:00pm (Love Street Park)
The Gathering at Brock and Adell are joining forces for a night of outreach and worship at Love Street Park in Weatherford. Be sure to have your student eat before they come so we can spend the full time we have together on the mission at hand. Can't wait to see you there! See James for details.
Night of Healing Ministry hosted by Stone Water Church

Bring your gift for Consecration Month
September 27th
Praying into giving God a gift that would fast from your flesh for the month of October. This could be anything: daily habits, vices, digital platforms, certain foods or drinks, etc. On Sunday, September 27, bring the gift, or a physical representation of what you are offering to the Lord for the month. Have it wrapped as a gift or in an envelope. During worship, we will place our gifts on the altar. After service, the items on the altar will be disposed of --no one will ever see -- this offering is between you and the Lord.

Fundraiser Lunch for Costa Rica and Panama Missions

Stay after service for great food for a great cause! Ministering Grace Ministries is taking a team from The Gathering to Costa Rica and Panama in November and are hosting a lunch after service featuring a special menu by Ozzy Menchaca -- you don't want to miss this one!

A MONTH OF CONSECRATION
We are setting aside the month of October for a sacred purpose, a month of consecration.
Begin now: Praying into giving God a gift that would fast from your flesh for the month of October. This could be anything: daily habits, vices, digital platforms, certain foods or drinks, etc. With fasting, we always want to keep in mind that we do not fast to get things from God or to make Him respond to us. Fasting quiets our flesh so that our spirit man can hunger more for the things of the Lord. Be expectant that this can be a time of real change in your habits an cycles. Let your hope arise!
September 27th - October 1st: To prepare us for the month of October, we will are having a Consecration Week. We will have nightly prayer meetings at 6:00pm. On Sunday, September 27, bring the gift, or a physical representation of what you are offering to the Lord for the month. Have it wrapped as a gift or in an envelope. During worship, we will place our gifts on the altar. After service, the items on the altar will be disposed of --no one will ever see -- this offering is between you and the Lord.
Saturday Worship Nights: Saturday evenings (beginning October 10th), we will come together for a time of ministering to the Lord and to one another. We will begin at 6:00pm and end when the evening comes to a close. Limited childcare will be available until 8:00pm.
October will be a month dedicated to the intentional pursuit, experience & enjoyment of god’s presence.

Campout
October 2nd - 4th (Stephenville, TX)
Bring your tent, your RV or just come for a portion of our annual Campout weekend. Cornhole tournament, chili cook-off, Nerf wars, fishing, outdoor worship, food, fellowship and more --- we have it all! Join us on location for Sunday morning worship Service. October 4th
We will spend this Sunday morning worshipping together at our annual Campout. We will not have service this Sunday in Brock, but you are welcome to attend service at our Adell Campus if you can't make it out. We will see you next week!

SCRIPTURE MEMORY
Did you know that we have a goal of memorizing the entire New Testament as a congregation? We currently have 121 out of 260 chapters memorized. Simply choose an available chapter and memorize it --- or --- work as a team and divide a chapter between you and your family, friends, etc. So fun! To be a part, follow the link below.
