CAMPOUT REGISTRATION:

Join us for our annual Churchwide Campout on October 3rd - October 5th

This is one of our most beloved yearly events where the Brock and Adell Campuses of The Gathering enjoy the weekend together on private land in Stephenville. A few of the activities include: skeet shooting, cornhole tournament, Chili Cookoff (Friday night), campfire worship and more. Stay overnight in a tent, RV or in one of the on-site rooms (find qualifications on the registration form) -or- come out for a few of the activities, including our Sunday morning Church service. All meals are provided so please register below if you are thinking about coming. Be on the lookout for a handout in the coming weeks with full details, directions and the schedule. Meet Me There (Zoom Call)
September 15th @ 7:30pm
Meet Me There is a ministry for women with a focus to encourage, equip and edify (Col. 1:9-12, 28-29). We meet for a Zoom Call on the 3rd Monday of every month.

September 17th @ 6:00am

Men's Dinner
September 19th @ 6:00pm in the Kids Building
Spend the evening with like-minded men sharing a meal and a time in the Word together. Your attendance could also win you a number of prizes, including a 12-gauge shotgun. All you have to do is RSVP using the link below and bring a dessert to share. We hope to see you there!

Last Day for Haiti Donations
September 21st
We are collecting items to send to Haiti through our friends at New Song North Ministries. They are currently in need of protein powder, powdered peanut butter and powdered baby formula. If you are able to donate any of these items, please bring them to the church foyer by Sunday, September 21. Click their ministry name above to learn more and to give directly to their ministry. 

Outreach Opportunity: Parker County Kindness Explosion
September 27th
The Gathering is partnering with Greenwood's Kindness Explosion, and you can be a part of this county-wide event with other local churches and share the love of Christ in a practical way. This will also be an opportunity to evangelize, minister and pray for people in our community. Contact Mycah Bone for full details 817-901-8509.
What: $1 car wash
When: Saturday, September 27th
Where: meet at the Doss Heritage Center at 10am for prayer and supplies
       - then - we will provide $1 car washes at Anytime Fitness where we will give each participant a dollar for getting their car washed to simply show the love of Christ

The Campout

SCRIPTURE MEMORY

Did you know that we have a goal of memorizing the entire New Testament as a congregation? We currently have 114 out of 260 chapters memorized. Simply choose an available chapter and memorize it --- or --- work as a team and divide a chapter between you and your family, friends, etc. So fun! To be a part, follow the link below.
